2. Florida Assist (FLAssist)
Offers up to $10,000 as a 0% interest second mortgage with no monthly payments. Repayment is deferred until you sell the home, refinance, or pay off the primary mortgage.
3. Florida HLP (Homeownership Loan Program)
Provides up to $10,000 as a 3% interest second mortgage amortized over 15 years, assisting with upfront cash needs.
